Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating; cooking, refrigerating, ~iyhting, plumbing, ventilati~g, i~rigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures and appurtenances, which now or may hereafier pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even thouflh they may be detached or detachable. ~ IT IS PAUTUALLY COVENANTED AN~J AGREE~ by and between the perties hereto that upon request of the Mort- ~ gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be- , ~ fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances t'o the Mortgagor and any such r ~ further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then ~ unpa+d, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time ro time, but the total unpa~d balance so sewred at any one t~me shatl not exceed rhe maximum principal sum of ~ ;_45, 000. 00 together with interest thereon and any and all disbursemeMs made by the Mortgagee for the ~ payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse- ments at the rate specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and court costs ~ incu~red in the collection of any or a!I of such sums of money. ~ ~ 4~ RETURN TO MORTGAGEE U R ~~O P. o. eox ~oe~s BOOK PA6E ~32 RIVIERA BEACH.
