the use thereoi for the above-mentioned purposes, including the right to cut and keep clear all trees and undergrawth and other
obsfructions within said right-ot-way and all trees ot such height on lands of Grantor g adjoining said right-o[-way that may
interiere with the proper construction, operatioa and maintenance ot such facilities or any of them, and also including the ri~t ~
