RESOLUTION NO. 74-88
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 98.031, Florida ;

St-~~utes, it is necessary to alter the following election precinct ~
lines in St. Lucie County, Florida, and ?

WI~REAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida has approved and concurred with the recommendations of the !
i
Supervisor of Elections of said County as to the alteration of
election precinct lines as hereinafter established, described and
desi.gnated.
NOW, TF~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-

sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 23rd ~
day of July, 1974 as follows: .
Section 1. The boundaries of Election Precinct No. 11 are
hereby altered and fixed to comprise the following area, to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the sou.th county line
and the west right of way line of the Florida East Coast =
Railroad; thence run northwesterly along said west right ~
' of way line to the north line of Section 18, Township 36 '
' South, Rahge 41 East; thence run east to the centerline of
~ the Intracoastal Waterway; thence run southeasterly along ~

; said centerline to the south county line; thence run west
' along the south county line to the point of beginning.

The voting place for said Election Precinct No. 11 shall be ~

Waterway; thence run southeasterly along said centerline ~
