evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and shou-ld be dissolved. It is

of matrimony_ heretofore existinq between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ALLAN BRUCE COFFEY, MICHAEL ANTHONY
~ COFFEY and VINCENT STEVEN COFFEY, minor children of the parties, is hereby

~ awarded to MARILYN COIt~1ELL COFFEY, with reasonable visitation rights
