FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This action came on for hearing on the daq o , 1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub3ect matter of this action; that the relation- ship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner and _ respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ' , ' ; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the petitioner,. ~ MOREL ENOCH FOWLKES, and the respondent, PRESTON COLEMAN FOWLKES~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. AGREEMENT. The separatiQn and property settlement agreement executed by the parties on the 3rd of July, 1974, was freely en- tered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the cir- ' ~ ~ cumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best interest ~ t ~ of~the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is. incorporated by ~ ~ ~ ~ reference into this judgment, and the parties are ordered to camply with all terms of the agreement. ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME.
