This exhibit forms an integral part of Security Agreement ~
dated July 1974, b~tween Gulfstream Broadcasting Co., Inc.,
a Florida corporation, Debtor, and First National Bank $ Trust Co., ~

hiashington, Pa., Secured Party, securing promissory note in the _
principal amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (~150,000.00).
The collateral covered by this Security Agreement is as

1. All structures, including the building, transmission
towers, and all other personal property located on the real estate
