5. Following a default hereunder and acceleration of~
payment~~of the indebtedness secured hereby, Debtor agrees to execute
such documents and perform such~other acts as may be necessary to ~

effectuate the transfer of all FCC Licenses and related authoriza-
tions of Standard Broadcast Station WARN and FM Broadcast Station

WARN-FM to any person or corporation designated by the Secured
' Party, provided the person or corporation designated has been

i approved by the FCC to own and hold said licenses and related author-

~ izations.
~ 6. The collateral Will be located at 3850 Metzger Road,
~ Fort Pierce Florida upon the real estate hereinabove described.
