by and between FORT PIERCE BROADCASTING CO., licensee of radio station.~
V?'ARN, hereinafter designated Station, and HOWE ENTERPRISES, INC:, ~

hereinafter designated Howe, ~
WITNESSETH:
1~ Station agrees to lease to Howe two sub-ca:rier frequency
of its FM transmitter, specifically 43~ and 67 Kcs. All transmitting

equipment is to be provided by the Station. ~
2. recessary space for two line amplifiers for the above ch~nnels
and power for same. ~
3. The services of the Station will be provided from 7:00 A.M.

The Station shall impose no restriction as to program content
on the above channels, provided Howe operates within the progr~?~8 atan-
dards required by the FCC. •
I~ 5. The Station shall purchase a Belair main channel m~nitor

~ from Howe for the sum of ~aelve Hundred DoZlars ($1,200). Purehase - ~

~ price is to be paid upon installation of the monitor.
~ 6. The Station will permit Howe to order its own progr~ lanes
~
~ into ~he Station main telephone fra~me. T'he cost of installing the
~ lines and the maintenance thereof is to be paid by Howe.
7. The Station shall maintain their transmission equipment accor~S
to the s~andard of good engineeririg practice as outlined by the FCC.

g. In the event the Station or a future licensee were to change

~ the main channel monitors, to other than that specified herein,
licensee would assume respunsibility of prOviding satisfactory sub-

~ channel monitoring equipment for the tenure of this lease. ,
