For and in consideration of the facilities and services to be
rovided by the Statipn, Howe agrees as follows: ~

1. The term of this lease shall be for five years, comnencing
February 1, 1970,. and ending January 31, 1975.
2. The rental shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75) per month pay-
~1~ i,n advan~e qn or before January 15, 1970, provided that all
~ransmission equipment necessary for the performance of the terms ;
o£ this lease is installed and operational on said date.
3. Howe agrees to.install and maintain_a Belair sub-channel
