copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "B-1".
3. All equipment, furniture, furnishings and other
personal property listed in Exhibit "B-2", attached to and made a ~
part hereof.
4. All structures, equipment and personal property, l[i(~I
~[XkXXiC~C~(~(iC~t~CX~X~f~iliiCfC~C used in the operation of Radio Broadcasting
Stations WARN and WARN-FM, whether or not same are specifically
described in this Security Agreement.
S. Following a dsfault hereunder and acceleration of ,

payment of the indebtedness secured hereby, Delitor agrees to execute }
such documents and perform such other acts as may be necessary to
effectuate the transfer of all FCC Licenses and related authorizations
of Standard Broadcast Station WARN and FM Broadcast Station WARN-FM
to any person or corporation designated by the Secured Party, pro-

~ the FCC to own and hold said licenses and related authorizations.

6. The collateral will be located at 3850 Metzger Road, !

Fort Pierce, Florida, upon the real estate hereinabove described. ~
