by and between FORT PIERCE BROADCASxIr'G CO., licensee of radio station,~
A'ARN, hereinafter designated Sfiation, and HOFr+IE ENTERPRISES, INC:,
hereinafter designated Howe,
WITNESSETH:
1. Station agrees to lease to Howe two sub-carrier frequency
of its FM transmitter, specifically 41 and 67 ICes. All transmitting
equipment is to be prOVided by the Station.

and power for same. . _
3. The services of the Station will be provided from 7:00 A.M.

4. The Station shall impose no restrietion as to program content
on the above ehannels, provided Howe operates within fihe programn~n8 stan-
dards required by the FCC. _

4 5. The Station shall purchase a Belair main channel monitor
from Howe for the sum of 1~aelve Hundred Dollars ($1,200). Purchase _

~ price is to be paid upon installatiqn of the monitOr.
~ 6. The Station will permit Howe to order its own pr+ogram lines
ir,to the Station main telephone fram~e. The cost of installing the
lines and the maintenance thereOf is to be paid by Howe.
7. The Station shall maintain their transmission equipment according
to the s~andard of good engineeririg practice as outlined by the FCC. ~

- 8. In the event the Station or a future licensee were to chanSe ~
the main channel r~nitors, to other than that specified herein, ~
licensee would assume responsibility of pro~;.d~ satisfactory sub-
