• 10. Howe, or its ~ssignees, shall have the right to terminate
this lease a~rreement by giving the Station six months written notice; :

after the start of the broadcasfis hereunder. '
For and in consideration of the facilities and services to be ~
prov~ded by the Station, Nowe~agrees as follows:
1. The term of this lease shall be for fiv~ 3+ears, comnencing
February l, 1970, and ending January 31, 1975.
2. The rental shall be Seventy-five Dollars`~($7S) per month pay- _
able in advance on or before January 15, 1970, provided that all , ~
~raansmission equipment necessary for the performance of the terms'
of this lease is installed and operational on said date.
3. Howe agrees to install and maintaan a Belair sub-channel

to use an approved Iielair main channel monitor. ~
4. Howe further agrees to purchase necessary~crystals for the
ma3n ehannel monitor Of the Station in order that said monitor w311
be pperational on the Station's current frequeney.

~ their heirs, executors, adm.~nistrators or assigns.
