ROY E. LUCKHARDT, Husband s

MARY LUCKHARDT, Wife
O R D E R
Z'his cause coming on to be heard on July 18, 1974 on
those portions of the Wife's Petition seeking temporary relief,
and counsel for the respective parties advising the Court that
"an agreement had been reached between the parties, as herein-
after set out, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Commencing Friday, July 19, 1974, the Husband, ROY
~F
€ E. LUCI~iARDT, shall pay to the Wife, MARY LUCI~iARDT, the sum of
~ $35 on Friday of each and every week as temporary alimony. Each
~ payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made-in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
~ residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
2. That the Wife, MARY LUCI~iARDT, shall have the

exclusive use and possession of-the home, furniture and furnishings
~
~ located at 4301 White Way Dairy Road, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
