DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the`23rd day of July, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband..and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJLIDGED as follows:

~ l. The marriage beibween JOHN M. SKAGGS and GAIL M.

~ SKAGGS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
~
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
~ -
~ mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~
~ arising therefrom. -
2, Custody of TRAVIS.SKAGGS and TODD SKAGGS, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to GAIL M. SKAGGS,
~
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN M. SKP,GGS.
~
~ In addition, the Husband is granted the right to have the two
~
, minor children above named in his custody and control on t e
~ •
~
~ second weekend of each month,•commencing at seven p.m. on
~
~
~ Friday and terminating at seven p.m. on Sunday, when the Husband
~ is to return the minor children to the home of the Wife. The
