IV. .
~ ~ ~ HEARING
1.• Upon receipt of a completed Motion for Enforcement_and
required costs, the Support Clerk shall:
(8) Call the appropriate 3udge's secretary and obtair
~ ~ ~ ~ a hearing d.ate. ~ -
(t) Execute a~Clerk's Certificate reflecting the amount
• of arrears according to the paymente made to the Clerk,
, ,plus the service charge. ~
,(c) Prepare and sign a Notice of Hearing and promptly
. mail or deliver such Notice of Hearing (together with
a copy of such Notice, a copy of the Motion for Enforce-
~ ~ ~ ment, and a copy of the Clerk's Certificate) to the
I
' Sher~ff's Department for service on the Respondent.

' The copies shall be delivered to Respondent at the

time of service. The original Notice of Hearing
shall be returned by the Sheriff's Department to
~
the Clerk with the Sheriff's return thereon.
(d) Mail a copy of the Motion foY Enforcement, Clerk'B ;
Certificate and Notice of Hearing to the Petitioner.
T'he Notice of Hearing shall~direct the Respondent to pay
arrears amount and costs to the Clerk of the Circuit Court before a speci-

fied date~ on failure to do so Respondent is ordered to appear before t e
~ designated~~earing Judge at the date. time and location specified therein.
~ Should the Clerk receive the arrears of payment and costs as directed in

~ the Notice of Hearing, the Clerk informs the Hearing Judge's aecretary
~ who cancels the hearing. ;
3, Upon payment of arrears and service or mailing cost, the i
