Enforcement. Clerk's Certificate~ and Notice of ~earing to Petitioner
(Paragraph 1(d) above) shall contaia a request that the Petitioner is
to call the Support Clerk on the morni~n8 of the hearing for confirmation
that the hearing will be held as acheduled. This contact is essentiai~
as the hearing date may have been cancelled for the reason that service
of the Notice of Hearing on the Reapondent had not been accomplished or
cancelled or rescheduled for other reasons.
~ 5, In the event the Respondent fails to appear at the
scheduled.hearing after Notice of Hearing has been served, the Hearing
Judge may direct the issuance of a Warrant of Arrest against the
Respondent or other actions as he determines appropriate..
