P. DE FRIEST and LYDA S. DE FRIEST, his wife, of Linda Vista Boulevard,
Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450, as parties of the second part
1~ ITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
iease, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, all that certain _
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The South 25.6 feet of Lot 23 and all of Lots 24, 25.and 26,
Block C, of MARAVILLA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 89 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. •
AND
An undivided one-quarter interest in and to Lots 45 and 46,
of Block A, MARAVILLA HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 4, page 89, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, subject to easement for ingress and
egress to Karl L. Scott and Katheryn N. Scott dated March
30, 1961, and recorded in O. R. Book 7, page 327, public ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. f'h

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to zoning ordinances and real estate tauces ~
after December 31, 1973.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said Edgar P. DeFriest and Lyda
~ S. DeFriest, his wife, their` heirs and assigns, in as full and ample manner as
~ the same has been possessed by the said Meryl Scott. -

these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
