THIS GUARDIAN'S DEED made and entered into on this ~j~~_~ day of
Y _7»~~ 1974. between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,. as Guardian of the •
property of Meryl Scott, an infirm person, as party oi the iirst parL, du~u -
LAWRENCE E. CARMICHAEL and THEDA L. CARMICHAEL, his wife, whose
mailing address is 3111 South 24th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450, as par-
ties of the second part:
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these p~esents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm u~rrto the said parties of the second part, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 23, less the South 25.6 feet thereof, and all of Lots
1? through 22, both inclusive, Block C, of MARAVILLA
HEIGHTS Subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 4, page 89, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND
An undivided one-quarter interest in and to Lots 45 and 46
of Block A, MARAVILLA HEIGI3TS, as per plat thereof on o
file in Plat Book 4, page 89, of the public rP ords of St. /.y
Lucie County, Florida, subjeet to easement for ingress v'
and egress to Karl L. Scott and Katheryn N. Scott dated
March 30, 1961, and recorded in O. R. Book 7, page 327,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to zoning ordinances and real estate taxes after
~ December 31, 1973.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said Lawrence E. Carmichael and
~ Theda L. Carmichael, his wife, their heirs and assigns, in as full and ample manner
~ as the same has been possessed by the said Meryl Scott.
