THIS CAUSE came on for trial this 26th~ day of July, 1974 and the Court,
having given full conaideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the partiea and subject matter of this suit; that the relation _
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

1. DISSOLUTION OF MAARIAGE . The marriage between EVELYNNE
L. KRAUSKOPF, Wife and FftEDERICK F. KRAUSKOPF be and the same is hereby
; dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom .
~ 2. PROPERTY . The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence

is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof .
3. RESTftAINING OftDER.. Each of the partiea is hereby enjoined
and restrainecl from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other .

4. JiTRISDICTION . Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto

is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper .
