THIS CAUSE came on to be heard July 25, 1974, after
notice, upon Wife's demand for temporary relief while this
cause is pending, and the Co~a t having heard the evidence
presented and the arguments of the attorneys for the parties,
and being fully advised, it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife and the Husband are each
; enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming
~ ;
~ or annoying the other. ;

~ 2. Z'hat the Wife is awarded temporary, exclusive
~ occu ied b the Wife located at

~ 2804 Kingsley Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That temporary, sole custody of the minor children
of the parties, ALTON WALKER, JR., and CONSULLUE L. WALKER are
- awarded to the Wife, LORETI~i WALK~:R, with reasonable right of
visitation reserved unto the Husband.
4. That the Husband, ALTON WALI~R, SR. is ordered to

- beginning on the 2nd day of August, 1974, and to pay said support
