This matter cominq on for hearing the ~h day of July, 1974, both
parties being represented by counsel, and upon stipulation in open Court
agreed to by~all parties, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The restraining Order entered previously herein be and the same
is hereby continued, and all parties are bound by the provisions thereof.
2. Temporar~~ ~ustody of PATRICK MYERS, minor ~1_?i1_d of the parties.
is hereby awarded to the Wife, Denise Myers, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband, Charles Myers.

~ 3. Co~?encing the~day of ~Y'p, 1974, the Husband, Charles

! Myers, shall pay to the Wife, Denise Myers, the sum of Twenty-five Dollars

~ ($25.00) each and every week for the support of the minor child, Patrick

~ Myers.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
~ remitted promptly to the Wife, Denise Myers. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
~ this order is in effect.
~ 4. The Wife, Denise Myers, will transfer the Master Charge account
~ into her own name.
