PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE •
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing~
;5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official.Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumbering certain tands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
- Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional.principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
.Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 857, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie _
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- .
tion~and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
p~rt of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFGRE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred

, t e receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
~ lien and operation of sa~d mortgage, u~~to the said mortgagor, its
~ successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
; by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

Page 2720, as last amended in Official Record Book
192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie~County,

TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the sa~r~e, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise im~a2r,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaini,ng part of said mortgaged property not released
° hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
