more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank~to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said

NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in considerat9on of
