continue West along said line a distance of 256.2 feet; thence
North at an angle of 92° .06' a distance of 50 feet; thence ~
East parallel with South line a distance of 259.15 feet; thence
South 49.97 feet to point of beginning, containing 0.3 acres. ~
Said land~being also described as Lots 9 and 20 in Block 4 of
TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION'(UNRECORDED Plat) shown in Plat Book 10
at page 11-A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,Florida;
together with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fix-

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments end appurtenances LhereunW belongiag or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buitdings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all
plumbing apperatus, fixtures, appliences, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating end lighting
plants, Lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators.
including passenger and otf~er elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter
located in the building upon said land, and all other mechinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the

by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgegee. that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey
