DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 25th day of July, 1974, and iven full consideration to all the evidence, finds the Court having g and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between tKe parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES H. RACE, JR. and LOIS H. RACE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. CustOdy of ROGER HOUSTON RACE and BEN CHARI+ES RACE ~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to LOIS H. RACE with ~ ' RACE, JR. ~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to CHARLES H. ~ • lst da of August _ , 1974, 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the _ Y ~ CHARLES H. RACE, JR. shall pay to LOIS H. RACE, the 5um of $185.00 per ~ child each and every month, for the support of the children named ~ herein. ~ Eacn payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to LOIS H. RACE. In addition there is hereby asses'~ed as statutory costs to be added to each payment made ~ the sum of $1.00 ~ to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or the Cler ~ cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep _ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all ~ times while this order is in effect. r: ~ 4. PROPERTY.
