THIS i~3ATTER coming on to he heard on the Husband's Motion To
Modify the Final Judgment heretofore filed herein, testimony having
been presented, argument of counsel heard and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore-
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child support payments made by
the husband are hereby reduced from the amount of $5Q.00 per week to
the amount of $35.00 per week for a period of ninety (90) days from
the entry of this order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUD~ED that if the Husband's income
has not increased as of that date, he may at that time, petition this
