_ O R D E R -
This cause came on before this Court upon the Plaintiff's
statement of claim filed herein and it appearing to the Court
that the Defendant admitted she was indebted to the Plaintiff
in the amount of $108.00 but was having r?umerous financial prob-
lems, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant do pay to the
i Plaintiff the minimum sum of $5.00 per month, or as much more

~ as possible to pay to expedite payment.in full, commencing said
~ -
payments with the month of August, 1974, and continuing these
~ payments until such time as the sum of $108.00 plus the~cost of
~
this action in the amount of $18.50, a total of $126.50, has
been paid i,n full, at which time the Plaintiff sha:ll execute a
satisfaction of judgaent. It is further
ORDERED that upon written affidavit from the Plaintiff
~ - stating that the Defendant has failed to meet this Order, the

Clerk of this Court shall execute a Writ of Exe~ution. ~
