DISSOLIITION OF MARRIAC~:
Z'his cause came on for trial tYie 29th day of July, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon

L. TOIrII,INSON be and the same is hereby-dissolved and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed frotn the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from th~ abliga-
tions arising t2ierefrom. _
2. Custody of I~LLY JAMES TOMLINSON, lninor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to JERRIE L. TOMLINSON with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES A. TOMLINSON.
~ In addition to the reasonable rights of visitation,

so long as the minor child is in the custody of the Wife, the
Husband shall have the right to have the minor child visit and
