T~iLINSON, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLIITION OF MARRIAC~: Z'his cause came on for trial tYie 29th day of July, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. Custody of I~LLY JAMES TOMLINSON, lninor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to JERRIE L. TOMLINSON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES A.
