on alternate holidays and, in particular, for one week during
the Christmas vacation which alternate between the first and
second week each year, so that the Husband may have~the minor
child with him on one Christmas day and the Wife on the follow-
inq. In addition, the Husband shall be entitled to have the
minor child visit and be with him for four weeks during the
sum~ner vacation.
3. Comanencing the lst day of Auqust, 1974, the
Husband, JAMES A. TOMLINSON, shall pay to the S~ife, JERRIE I~-
TOMLINSON, the swn of One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($160.00) each
" and every month for the support of the minor child named above,
in the manner following: .
(a) So long as the Wife is the owner of the
marital home which is financed through the Citizens Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Florida, the Hus-
~ band shall pay to the Citizens Federal Savings and Loan

' Association, the monthly mortgage payments in the amount of
~

$142.18 directly to the Ci~izens Federal Savings and Loan Associ-
~
ation. The first payment of said sum of $142.18 shall be made
on August 1, 1974 and the lst day of each month thereafter until
~ further Order of this Court. The balance of $17.82 shall be
paid to the Wife by the Ausband commencing August 1, 1974 and
the lst day of each month thereafter until further Order of this
Court. Each payment to the Wife shall be made to the Clerk of

this Court and by him remitted promptly to JERRIE L. TOMLINSON.

~ In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as a

~ statutory cost to be added to each payment made to the Cler .

~ All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
