each month thereafter a receipt showing that-he has made the
monthly rnortgage payment to the Citizens Federal Savings and
Loan Association.
(b) In the event the mortgage payment is raised
by the Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association to $160.98

granted to the Husband, then, in that event, the Husband shall
then pay the full amount of the mortgaqe payment directly to
the Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Associat~ion by the lst
day of each month after August 1, 1974, and shall mail on said
date, being the first day of the montYi, a receipt to the Wife
show3ng payment of said monthly mortgage installment. In the
event the mortgage installment is raised by the Citizens

; Federal Savings and Loan Association to $1160.98 or greater,

i then, in that event, there will be no payment by the Husband to

the Wife for the support of the minor child above named.
(c) In the event thE Wife sells the marita]. home
r.Qw occupiecl by she and the minor child, then, in that event,
the Husband shall pay the full sum of $160.00 per month to the
Wife, commencing the lst day of the month following the sale of.
the dwelling and property by the Wife. Al1 payments made by
the Husband to the Wife shall be made through the Clerk of the
~ above entitled Court as hereinabove set out,by the Husband, and
