This quit claim deed is to correct the omission of riparian rights
from that certain conveyance from Arthur B. Alexander and Charlotte
I,.-=Alexander, his wife to Michel Illan and Maria lllan, his wife,
i recorded in O. R. Book 188, page 138, of the public records, which
the grantor intended to transfer with said conveyance and deed is to
convey all riparian rights adjoining the property described in the
above ref~renced deed.
