A right of way and easement SO Eeet in width traversing the SW-1/4 of the SE-1/4
of Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, EXCEPT-

St. Lucie River Drainage District and rights of way for public roads, said right
of way and easement extending 15 feet Easterly and 35 feet Westerly of the follow-
ing described survey line along the existing 20-inch FLORIDA GAS TRAhSMISSION
COMPANY pipeline:
Comnencing at a point on the Westerly line of the SW-1/4 of the NE-1/4;
said point being 783.5 feet Northerly fraa the Southwest corner thereof;
thence South 34° SO' East a distance of 911 feet to the po~nt oE tetminus
on the Northerly right-of-way line of North St. Lucie River Drainage
District's Canal No. 44, said point being 528 feet Easterly from said
right of way's intersection wi~h the Westerly line of said SW-1/4 of the
SE-1/4; LESS P.ND EXCEPT that 30 foot easement granted to Houston Texas
Gas and Oil Corporation (now named FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY) as
described in Modification of Easement Grant dated May S, 1960, and re-
corded in Deed Book 258, at Page 586, recorded in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
i In addition to the above, FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary _
~ use for initial construction purposes only of a 30 foot wide temporary work space
~ lying Westerly, parallel and contiguous to the above described permanent easement.
In addition to the petmanent easement and the temporary work space described herein,
~LORIDA GAS-TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary use for initial construc-
tion purposes only of additional lands 15 feet in width ~nd 100 feet in length,
running Northerly from Canal No. 44, and being parallel, adjacent and contiguous
