"MORTGAGOR" in that certain mortgage deed recorded in O.R. ~
Book 229, at Page 311 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie
- County, Florida.

and not "a corporation existing under the laws of the State
! of Florida" as recited in that certain aforesaid mortgage
