this the Court having assessed Mrs. Locke with an attorney
fee and costa of t117.50 to be deducted from future child

make a child support psyment for August 23, 1974, but Mill
be required to make a a2.50 child support payment for August
30, 197~, after xhich in September 6, 197u, the normal
child support payments of $60.00 per xeek shall resume.
As for subsequent vistation rights, the Court finds that
Mr. Locke shall be entitled to Sunday visitation rights from
9:00 a.m. each Sunday morning to 5:00 p.m. each Sunday
evening xith THOMAS LOCKE to pick up said children after
their breakfast each Sunday morning and deliver then back to
Mrs. Locke before dinner at 5:00 p.m. each Sunday evening.

ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that LYNN S. LOCKE now MRS. LYNN S.
PADGETT may purge herself of the txenty-one day sentence for

this contempt of Court by delivering the said children to
THOMAS LOCKE Por the aforesaid three week visitation period
as required by this Court.
