transfer certain real estate in said County hereinafter
described, averring it is necessary and expedient to transfer
the same end also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer
in said Petition having appeered to and found by said Judge to be
~ reasonable and ~ust and said Petition true and the transfer

~ to the best interest oP said estate, said Court rendered the Order
