GRIMES, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagar, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 6th day of February, A.D., 1969, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records Book 175, Pages 2055 through 2057; and by Indenture of a Supplemental Agree- ment bearing date the 13th day of November, 1969, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records Book 181, Pages 498 through SO1, granted and conveyed unto DOROTHY E.-HINDERT, unremarried widow of JAMES J. HINDERT, Deceased, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee, and her assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars (~60,0OO.OU), with interest as therein mentioned: AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage: NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said mort agee, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00), to her in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said mortgago~s at the time of the execu- tion hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows: ' Parts of Lots 38 and 39, Maravilla Gardens S/D, per Plat Book 66, page 55, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida: From the NE corner of Lot 39, run southerly along the ~ West right-of-way line of U. S. No. 1 Highway 259 feet ~ to the SE corner of Lqt 38, thence run hlesterly along ~ the North right-of-way line of Emil Drive 259.45 feet to a point, thence run Northerly 259 feet to the South right-of-way line of Holly Avenue and a point that is 248.16 feet westerly of the point of beginning, thence East along the South right-of-way line of Holly Avenue to point of beginning; less and exce t the Easterly 15Q feet of said Lots 38 an 39.
