Plaintiff holds a lien ~or the total sum superior t o any claim or estate of the defendants, on the following des- . cribed property in St. Lucie County, Florida; Lot 199, Sheraton ~iaza, iinii Thr~c~, R~s~iu~ according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, page 12 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Couaty, Florida, together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtnances on said land or used in con~unction therewith. _ - 3. If the total sum with interest at the rate pre- scribed by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent ~~h~ ~~~~do~ent ar~ not paid aithin three days from this date, the clerk of this court shall sell the property at public sale on August 22, 19 ?4 , at 11 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the east front door of the courthouse in St. Lucie County in Ft. Pierce , Florida in accordance with Section 45.031, Fl~rida Statutes. ~ ' 4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk if plaintiff.is not the purchaser o~ the property at-the sale. If i i plaintiff is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit plaintiff's i ~ bid with the total sum with interest and costs accruing subse- ~ - quent to this 3udgment or such part of it as is necessar~ to pay the bid in full. 5.
