is held by the Plaintiff and the Defendant as tenants in common
in the following shares:
(a) Plaintiff Robert P. Dimmett, an undivided 1/2
interest.
(b) Defendant Shirley J. Moose, an undivided.l/2
interest. -
3. That the parties, are entitled to partition the
above described real and personal property as requested in
the Complaint and Counterclaim filed herein.
4. That partition be made of the above described prop-

erty setting off to the parties to this cause their interest
in said property as heretofore stated.
5. That Nathan Martin, David Douglass and Emery Teel,
, III, are hereby appointed commissioners to make partition of
i the above described property. Said commissioners shall be

~ sworn to execute the trust imposed in them faithfully an

~ impartially before entering on their duty; shall have power
~ to employ a surveyor, if necessary, for the purpose of making
a partition; and, shall be allowed such sum as is reasonable
