THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 18th day of =

July, 1974, and the wife having appeared v~nth counsel an

~ serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having given

~ full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
~ This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of
this suit; that the relations of husband and wife now exists be-

~ tween the parties; the equities are~with the wife and against the _
husband, and the wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage.
It is thereupon -
ORDERED and ADJUDGID as follows:

, l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife, -
~ ~ SANDRA RIDDICK WITHERSPOON, and the husband, IDDIE WITHEF2SPOON, be

~ and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of
~ i
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
i~
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
from. ~ ;

2. CUSTODY. Custody of ALISA I~ICHELE WITHERSPOON, minor

~i child of the husband and wife, is hereby awarded to the wife with

i~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to the husband. i
~ ~i 3. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the 26th day of July, 1974,
~ the husband shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of Twenty
~ ;;five Dollars ($25.00) per week, each and every week hereafter for ~
~
;r the support of the minor child named herein, which sha11 be remit- ~
~ , f
~ ~ ted promptly to the wife. In addition thereto is hereby assessed i
~ the sum of $1.00 as costs to be added to_each payment made to the ~
:f ~
~ Clerk. All pay~ents shall be made in cash, money order or cashier

~ check. Husband and wife are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk of
