WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, ~

Florida held a public hearing on the 23rd day of July, 1974, after ~

Fort Pierce, Florida on July 9, 1974 on closing, vacating and
abandoning that portion of the following described right of way,
and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and
the public in-and to the lands lying within that portion of said
right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:

East that lies East of the East right of way line of ;
Interstate 95 as shown on the right of way maps of

WHEREAS, at said "public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right o~ way and renauncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
to the lands lying within said right--of way, and in the opinion of

i the Board of County Commissioners, it is'to the best interest of the
i
~ public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim and
~
~
~ renounce any right of St. Lucie Co~nty and the public in and to the
~ lands lying within said right of way.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis=
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd
day ~ July, 1974, as follows:
1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:

~ that lies East of the East right of way line o€ Inter-
