This Court has jurisdiction of the parties in this cause and its ( € subject matter; the allegations contained in the complaint have been proved ~ nd that the e uities in this cause are with the ~ by competent evidence a 9 ~ ~ Plaintiffs. ~ 2. The Court finds for the Counter Defendants--Plaintiffs and ~ against the Counter P~aintiffs--Defendants under their Counterclaim for recession and s~a~d Counterclaim be and the same is hereby denied. 3. T'he mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiffs in this cause constitutes ~ , ~ a valid first lien upon the property hereafter described and the mortgaqe is in default as alleged in the complaint. ~ 4.
