~he lien on the Plaintiffs is prior, paramount and superior to all riqhts,
claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and equities of the Defendants and
all persons, firms or corporations claiininq by, throuqh or under the
Defendants or any of them and the property will be sold free and clear of
any claims of the Defendants.
7. Unless the Defendants, within ~ days from the entry of
this decree, shall pay the Plaintiffs or their attorney the sum specified
in paragraph 5, and any other costs of this suit as mentioned in that
paragraph, the clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as required
by 702 of the_Florida Statues as amended, is directed to sell the moYtgaged
property as described above in paraqraph 6, to the highest and best bidder
for cash, at public sale at the East-door of the St. Lucie County, Court-
house, Ft. Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged of any and all claims,
liens, encumbrances, rights, equities and interest of the defendants, and
all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through o u der the Defen-
dants, the sale of to be held at 11:00 A.M., on the day of •

~ 8. That out of the proceeds arising from the sale of the property =

~ by this de~ree ordered to be sold, the clerk shall retain his fee and shall
pay to the ~attorney for the Plaintiff the attorney's fee allowed in this
decree; that out of the remainde'r of the proceeds as far as they shall apply
~ there shall be paid to the Plaintiffs the sums above provided together with
costs of this suit advanced by the Plaintiffs, and that if the property shall
sell for more than enough to pay the Plaintiffs the above-mentioned sum with
~ interest, the clerk shall report the surplus to this Court for the Court's ~

further order; that in the event the amount realized at the sale be insuffic-

ient to pay the total of the several amounts by this decree ordered to be
~ paid, the clerk shall report the deficiency to the Court for such further
~
~ orders as the Court shall deem proper. ~
