9. The Plaintiffs may bid at the sale and if the Plain~iffs are
the successful bidders, they shall be entitled to credit on their bid

10. ~at upon the sale being had in accordance with Chapter 702
of the Florida Statutes, and upon the clerk filing the certificate of sale,
and upon the clerk filing the certificate of title as provided by Chapter
702 of the Florida Statutes, the sale shall stand confirmed and the Defen-
dants and all persons claiminq by, through and under them shall be forever
barred and foreclosed of any equity or right of redemption in and to the
