DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS
This cause came on for final hearing the 2nd day oi Au~us~,
1974, and the court having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; the marriage
,

dissolved.
It is therefore aRDERED as follaws:
~ 1. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this

~ Court on August 1, 1974 against the Husband, JOSEPH M. JEAtNINGS, III,
is hereby ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between JOSEPH M. JSNIIINGS, III and SANDRA
~ r
~ S. JENNINGS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties ~
~
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matritnony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom.
3. The Husband is ordered to indemnify the Wife from any
~
~ charges arising from the Master Charge account in the joint names
~
~ of the parties.

4. The Court determines the sum of $ ~ to be
~
reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for their services herein and
~
~
