Upon full payment by the Husband of the court costs and
attorneys fees awarded herein, the Wife shall execute and deliver
to the Husband a Quit Claim Deed from the Wife to the Husband on
Lot 22, Ocean Boulevard Park as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 7 at Page 18 of the Public Records of St._Lucie County, Florida.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
