DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG~
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of~Auqust, 1974,
upon the Wife's Answer and waiver of notice of final hearing and
right to present testimony, and the Court having given full con-
sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation ot husnand ana v~ii~ ~i~~a y°~'~'~°--~
the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved.
