. served process and the Court having heard the testimony of CANDACE MACY,

Petitioner, and Petitioner's v~~itness and being fully advised in the premises,

the Court finds and decides as follows: ~

1. The parties were married to each other on August 18, 1972,

at Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The Petitioner, CANDACE MACY, has been a resident of

I j Florida for more than six (6} months next before filing the Petition for

Dissolution of Marriage.

3. The Respondent was personally served process on July 8,
~ 19?4, and a default was properly entered by the Clerk. ~
4. No children were born of this marriage.

5. T~e Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
~ matter of this action. ~

1! 6. Petitioner has proved the allegatians of the Petition and that
