TOGETHER with all improvements thereon.
shall be sold by the Clerk of this Court at public sale to the
highest and best bidder for cash between 12 o'clock noon and
1:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the _ day of ~ ~
1974, at the front door of the St. Lucie County Courth se, at
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. Notice of such sale shall ~
be published as provided by statute.
All default jud~~ments heretofore entered in this cause
be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed. ~
2. Upon confirmation of the sale as provided by statute or
by order of Court, the Clerk shall disperse the proceeds of sale
bY PaY~g=
a. The costs and expenses of th is action incurred after
the date hereof;
b. The remaining amounts due the Plaintiff with interest
thereon as provided by statute from the date hereof to the date of
sale.
I -3. Should there be a surplus after the payments above

~ there be a sufficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof

~ 4. The Plaintiffs may bid for and be the purchaser of the
property at the sale. Should the Plaintiffs be the successful
bidders, they shall pay all costs and expenses of the sale and be
credited on its bid so much of the amounts due it as may be necessary
~ to satisfy its bid.
~ 5. Upon confirmation of the sale, the Defendants and all
persons claiming by or through them, or any of them, since the

~ recordi.ng of the lis pendens, are severally barred and foreclosed
~ of and from any right, title, interest, claim or demand in or to
~ said property, excepti.ng the right of redemption within 120 days
~
~ from date of sale, vested in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA by statute,
