Notice of such sale shall ~ be published as provided by statute. All default jud~~ments heretofore entered in this cause be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed. ~ 2. Upon confirmation of the sale as provided by statute or by order of Court, the Clerk shall disperse the proceeds of sale bY PaY~g= a. The costs and expenses of th is action incurred after the date hereof; b. The remaining amounts due the Plaintiff with interest thereon as provided by statute from the date hereof to the date of sale. I -3.
