FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the llth day of July, 1974, and ,
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
f 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOHN D. ULSRUD and

DELIA LEF ULSRUD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the patties and

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CQSTODY: Wife is herehy granted permanent custody of minor child
born as issue of the marriage, to-wit: JASON CHRISTOPHEl2 ULSRUD, subject
to reasonable visitation-rights granted to Husband.
~ UPPORT: The Husband shall make child support payments computed

~ upon $25.00 per week, but payable monthly on the first day of each month,
for the support of said minor child. Said child support payments shall be
increased from date of sale and closing of the mari~al home to the sum of

~ $30.00 per week. Aforesaid payments shall be paid on a monthly basis.
