by the minor child which is not covered by the insurance coverage. The +
Wife shall be responsible for the remaining 1/2 of expenses on the medical
liability. _
4. PROPER~Y: The marital home described as:

shall upon entry of this decree be owned equally by and between the parties
as tenants in common.
The parties agree to use their joint best efforts to sell subject
- property on the open market for a total gross price of $19,900.00, which
would include custodary brokeage commission. The net proceeds of the sale
would be divided equally (50/50) between the parties.
The parties further agree to mutualry use_their joint best efforts ~

to terminate any existing lease upon the marital home, permitting sale of
~ subject property without leasehold limitation.
` It is agreed by the parties that the Husband will be permitted prior

to sale of the above referenced residence to collect the rental and from the
rental proceeds he shall pay all mortgage, taxes and assessments that arise

~ relative to maintenance of said residence. In the event subject property 1
prior to proposed sale is not under lease both parties will be 100$
responsible for payment of~mortgages and other assessments against the
house and unless these expenses are paid equally the party making payment
shall be entitled 50/50 reimbursement from the nonpaying party, upon
~ house sale and obtaining proceeds therefrom.
~ The furniture located within the house shall be the sole property
~ of the Wife and said furnishings shall not be sold with the house. So
